Cloud services, the website and national platforms feature in the council’s innovation update.
Follonica council published an update on PA Digitale funding, identifying more than €900,000 for modernising services. According to the authority, projects worth over €700,000 had already been completed and the funding paid out between early 2024 and April 2026. Major items include more than €250,000 for cloud migration and over €280,000 for the website and digital services. The programme includes PagoPA, App IO, SPID and CIE access, SEND notifications and population register networks. Councillor Sandro Marrini highlights the aim of simplifying dealings with residents. The statement distinguishes completed projects from those still awaiting payment, including the SUE building and SUAP business service desks.
