Grosseto creates a register for voters living away from home

The procedure covers people temporarily based in the town for study, work or health reasons.

Grosseto council has announced a register for voters living away from their registered home, under the rules cited in its notice of 22 October 2026. It is aimed at people on electoral registers in municipalities outside Tuscany who are temporarily living in Grosseto for study, work or health reasons. For students and workers already meeting the requirements, the notice gives 31 December 2026 as the deadline; other categories have different deadlines. Applicants should check the latest requirements and procedure directly with the electoral office.
