The majority defends the accounts; Cellai raises cash-flow concerns. University canteens secure unanimous support.

The Regional Council has approved the 2025 consolidated accounts by majority, with the opposition voting against. The result is positive by around €193.8 million, down approximately €60.3 million from 2024. Alessandro Franchi of the Pd defended management and the scale of resources allocated to public services. Jacopo Cellai of Fratelli d’Italia called for profit, debt and shrinking liquidity to be considered together. In the same sitting, a Forza Italia motion instructing the executive to prevent suspension of evening service in university canteens passed unanimously.
