Carmignano: museums and slow routes discussed with the Region

Artimino, Comeana and Seano feature in the visit devoted to local culture.

Etruscan heritage and the work of Quinto Martini were central to the regional visit to Carmignano. Councillor Cristina Manetti met the municipal administration and visited Artimino’s archaeological museum, the educational centre and Seano’s museum park. In Toscana Notizie’s account, promoting cultural and landscape routes is presented as an alternative to concentrating visitor flows in the major art cities. Mayor Edoardo Prestanti referred to routes developed in recent years. The visit opens a discussion on enhancing the area’s heritage; it does not announce a specific new funding allocation.
