Grosseto’s Chelliana library has entered the final phase of the work announced for the full reopening of its premises. The council’s statement of 19 October refers to restoring the fire safety system, reorganising storage and refitting rooms on the upper floors. Temporary hours for borrowing and returning books were scheduled from 21 October. Actual progress and the restoration of full access will need to be checked against subsequent official updates.
