The Region has approved a €480,000 contribution to Montemignaio for the first phase of a multipurpose building in via Brustichino. The project provides for demolishing the old municipal depot and creating spaces linked to the nursery and primary school: physical activities, offices and possible clinics. Toscana Notizie gives an area of around 180 square metres. The funding breakdown includes resources already paid and instalments for 2026 and 2027. Work is scheduled to start in November 2026 and finish by November 2027. These are the administration’s planned deadlines, rather than a final account of the project.
